Booking and Cancellation Conditions:
Reservations are mandatory, if you endorse over a deposit of € 150,00 per room to us within two weeks after your reservation. The bank account will be intimated with the booking confirmation.
Arrival and Departure: The rooms you booked are at your disposal at 2:00 pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure we ask you to clear the rooms until 10:30 am.
We recommend an insurance for trip cancellation, as in case of cancellation the following charges might accrue:
- Cancellation up to three months before your arrival free. A made deposit is a credit note for another stay within the next twelve months.
- Cancellation from three up to one month before your arrival: A cancellation fee of 40% of the price of the room booked will be charged.
- Cancellation from one month up to a week before your arrival: A cancellation fee of 70% of the price of the room booked will be charged.
- Cancellation within one week before your arrival: A cancellation fee of 90% of the room booked will be charged.
In case of departure before the date of departure (notification up to 10:00 pm on the day before, rooms must be cleared before 10:30 am the following morning) or arrival after the date of arrival will also be charged with 90% of the room price for the remaining overnight stays as well.
If a last-minute reservation is made (also by phone) a lodging contract according to Austrian hotel contract – conditions
will be made. So if your reservation is cancelled or in case of no-show no fees will be charged.
Reservations by phone without deposit can only be kept up until 6:00 pm on the day of arrival, if we do not receive any message about a later arrival.
Otherwise the contract terms of the Austrian Hotel Organisation apply.
Cashless payments are possible with debit-cards (Maestro). Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards.
